Thank you for shopping with Paddle House! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary for Canadian orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages Paddle House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work with you on a resolution.
